Raluca has been Head of Communications with ABN AMRO Bank since 2001, where she is responsible with formulating and implementing the communication strategy of the bank and marketing strategy for corporate banking segment . In her quality, she has been in charge with the development of many CSR programs initiated by the Bank, such as the "European Values Programme" launched by ABN AMRO in 2003. Other CSR programmes under her coordination include: "Habitat for Humanity","Save the Children", UNICEF/'Hospice for Hope".
In 2001, Raluca has graduated as "Best in Class" with the distinction Summa Cum Laude, the MBA- Master of Business Administration held in collaboration with University of Ottawa and L'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montreal. In 1998, in her 3rd year at the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, Raluca won a Tempus Scholarship offered by the European Union at Universite Charles de Gaulle - Lille in France, the Faculty of Foreign Languages for Business.
