Nemanja Babic joined P&G Balkans in 2002 as Assistant Brand Manager for Home Care and three years later joined the efforts of the global "happy smiles" team. He is currently located in Bucharest, Romania, managing the oral care business for the seven countries in the region.

Ramona Brad joined P&G in 1999, to work in the Technical External Relations, holding since then various positions in External Relations, Marketing, Professional Services and Regulatory Services, in Bucharest, Romania, as well as assignments in Serbia&Montenegro and UK. Ramona is leading now the coordination for Oral Care External Relations for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
