After a long carrier in hotel management field, in 1989, Frantz joined the Intercontinental Hotel in Frankfurt.
From 1994 to 2001 he held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel Ammann, Jordan and Resident Manager at the Al Bustan Palace in Muscat, Oman. He was the opening General Manager of the first Intercontinental Mountain & Spa Resort in Mzaar, Lebanon and was appointed General Manager at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest in October 2001.

Mioara Gheorghe joined Crowne Plaza Bucharest in January 2002. Her hospitality background includs three years as banqueting manager with Sofitel hotel and four years as sales manager with Hilton. In both hotels she has worked from the beginning preparing the opening of the hotels and getting experience in operational and sales as well.
Since joining Crowne Plaza team, she has continually acted for promoting the hotel on the market, keeping the clients loyal and happy and increasing the hotel reputation.
