Andrei was the first employee of Lindab in Romania. He can tell about every stage in the company's evolution, from I -150 employees, from an improper rented space near Cluj, to a modern headquarter close to Bucharest.
If someone asks him what are the ingredients for a successfully evolution, the answer always is: "The right people and the right team". At Lindab, the team spirit is essential, in the same way as in football.The same direction, the same ambition and the same desire "to score".
