Graduating in 1993 in economics, with an MBA in 2004 from the Kennesaw State University, Atlanta US, she started her career in Philips in 1998 as Product Division Manager for Domestic Appliance and Personal Care (DAP) division. Within seven years, she succeeded to bring Philips DAP from 13% market share at the end of 1998 to 33% at the end of 2005. Business innovation has been the main drive of her success. She implemented a new business concept - the base of a significant turnover growth in the last five years presented within Philips CEE region as "Best practice". In 2005 she became also Country Representative of Philips Romania SRL managing Philips operations in Romania and focusing her agenda on Healthcare and Lifestyle. She is a mother of two boys, whom she considers as her best achievement in life.
