Jose Medran joined P&G in 1986, holding since then various Marketing assignments in Europe and Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He was appointed Vice-President and General Manager for Romania in March 2005. He is now managing a region of seven countries and over 40 brands, being based in Bucharest, Romania.

As External Relations Romania, Ecaterina is responsible for building and protecting P&G Corporate Brand. In addition to External Relations Romania, she is also leading External Relations for other six countries in the region and Beauty Care External Relations for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa She joined P&G twelve years ago and held several positions in Technical External Relations, Public Affairs, External Relations, in Bucharest.
