Tudor is President-Director General of Romanian Television, since June 2005. He is the Director of the feature film "Love Sick" (2006) and the producer of the film "Great Communist Bank Robber/', a coproduction Romania-France-BBC-ZDF/Arte-France 2, director Alexandru Solomon, awarded in festivals like Madrid, Pessac, Gyor.
Tudor is also the Managing Director of LIBRA FILM, a film/TV independent production  coproduction Romania-France-BBC-ZDF/Arte-France 2, director Alexandru Solomon, awarded in festivals like Madrid, Pessac, Gyor.
Tudor is also the Managing Director of LIBRA FILM, a film/TV independent production company, and Founder and manager (2001 -2005) ofTransylvania International Film Festival.
Over the years.Tudor participated in international seminars of film/TV production like "East West Producers Seminars"(organized by British Screen and British Know-How Fund, 1994), "Real Film Producing" (under the management of the British producer Rob Buckler at Amsterdam Summer University, 1994), "Eureka Audiovisuel" (taking part in a pitch with a feature film project, 2000) or in "Berlinale Talent Campus", a workshop organized within the Film Festival from Berlin, 2003.
