Starting 2006, Cezar holds the position of senior brand manager with Ursus Breweries, taking over the task of re-positioning the Ursus on the premium beer segment of the Romanian market
Previously, between 1995 and 2003, Cezar worked for Procter & Gamble Balkans.
During 2004 - 2005, Cezar worked for Alexandrion, being responsible for the business development on the international markets such as China, Moldova, Albania and other countries.

Mugur Nicolae
Brand Manager of Ursus

Mugur holds the postion of brand guardian of Ursus starting October 2005. He started his career at Mercury Research Institute. He then moved on in his career to Mercury Promotions in 1996, where he was responsible for the development of Ursus account and was in charge with the launch of Jagermeister on the Romanian market. Starting 2000 up to 2005, Mugur has held marketing and brand manager positions for Ciuc, Merloni Eletrodomestici and Caroli.
