Konstantin Grigorov graduated from University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. He joined P&G in 2003 as Assistant Brand Manager for Bonus laundry detergent. Currently, Konstantin is responsible for Wella Colorants & Styling retail business across seven countries in the region, including Romania and he is based in Bucharest.

Cristina joined Wella Romania in 1999, as Marketing Assistant. She was promoted in 2000 as Brand Manager for Wella Professionals. In 2002, Cristina was appointed Marketing Manager for Wella Professionals.
