Mihai Georgescu joined Wrigley at the start up moment of Wrigley business in Romania. His career developed along years within the company, from Area Manager (1991) to Country Manager (1992) and then Regional Director (200l).Aftertwo years as General Manager ofWrigley Poland (2002-2004), he came back to Romania as Regional Managing Director Balkan East, coordinating the activities for five countries: Romania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Kosovo and Albania.

Carmen Baltag joined Wrigley Romania management team in May 1997, as Marketing Manager Since 2000, as Regional Marketing Manager for Balkan East (five countries), she is in charge with Consumer activities for chewing gum and non-gum segments, Media activities and PR for brands and corporate. Her main responsibilities are to weave Wrigley's brands into the Fabric of Everyday life of consumers. Before coming to Wrigley she worked for Coca Cola, Wella and Colgate Palmolive.
