Bogdan Georgescu has been part of the Colliers team ever since its start-up in Romania, in 1996. Until 1999, Bogdan worked as an Office Leasing Broker representing multinational companies with their needs in Romania. In 1999 Bogdan became the Managing Director of the Company and since 2001 he has been the Managing Partner for Romania.

Besides the management activity, Bogdan is also active on the Institutional Investment Sales market.

In 1997, he was declared “Broker of the year” in Central and Eastern Europe and in 2000, 2001 and 2003 - “Manager of the Year”. Besides, Colliers International won the Real Estate Agency of 2004 in Central & Eastern Europe and of 2005 and 2006 for Southeastern Europe.

Bogdan Georgescu was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration from the “Academy of Economic Studies”. Presently, he is affiliated with ANEVAR.
