Liviu Sfrija joined Henkel Romania in 1997 as Commercial Director, position which he occupied for more than one year. Before becoming the President of Henkel Romania in 2005, he was Sales Manager, Managing Director and General Manager.

Between 1994 – 1997, Liviu Sfrija was Sales Director for Rom West Euro and two years earlier he  owned a company which developed software for Romania manufacturers.

Liviu received his mathematics-informatics degree in 1985 from Iasi University. From 1996 to 1998 he participated in the EMBA program, organized by Asebuss, the Institute for Business and Public Administration Bucharest in cooperation with the University of Washington, Seattle.
