Monica Iavorschi has a solid background in the field of marketing. Since 2001 she coordinates the Marketing & Sales department of Arctic, being the initiator of the most spectacular change of Arctic brand. The most outstanding achievement is the brand expansion that took place in 2003 and pushed Arctic as the leader on the Romanian market of home appliances.

Monica Iavorschi has started her professional activity within AVON Cosmetics România.

A graduate of the Cybernetics Faculty within the Academy of Economical Studies in Bucharest, Monica also has an MBA diploma from the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program.
